- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 3+ years of work experience in any field, including paid and unpaid volunteering. Experience does not need to be 3 years continuous and it does not need to be Canadian experience.
- Currently reside in Canada
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a protected person granted refugee status in Canada
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Proficiency in English
